THE KING’S WAY

The King uses Cast Iron King bars for Stovetop Maintenance (After Every Use):

Clean your cast iron, then set it back over heat until fully dry.

While the pan is warm, apply a thin coat (no need to be liberal):

  • Rub the seasoning bar directly around the inside of the pan, or

  • Melt a small amount and spread it with a cloth.

This keeps your iron strong, protected, and ready for the next meal.

FULL OVEN SEASONING

When your pan needs a deeper reset, give it the royal treatment:

  1. Heat your oven to 450°F.

  2. Spread an even layer of the bar over the entire pan, wiping off any excess.

  3. Place the pan upside down over foil to catch drips and bake for 1 hour.

  4. A little smoke is normal; that's the premium ingedients letting you know there are no seed oils.

  5. Turn the oven off and let the pan cool inside.

  6. Once cool enough to handle, apply one more thin layer.

Your cast iron is now dark, smooth, and ready to serve.
